hmm i didnt even know that there is such a rule.

so i guess i had to cancel a few cw's couz of laggers in the past. But i played them and dont wanne miss these. Dont make such a big whine thing out of it. There are to many of these guys in here or even the mod lags. but we cant do anything about it and should start to life with it.
