[solved] no loading bot

hello folks.

i have a little problem.

after i made a restart from my server he load after / rcon exec server.cfg no bots anymore ...

my settings are addbot "1" and bot_minplayers "4" .... but he doesnt load the bots anymore and with the cmd via rcon addbot gauntlet for examble nothing goes anymore...

anybody know what that are for a prob?

i had the same problem offline...i was trying some configs....but i couldnt add the bots so i /exec my old cfg and it worked again...

so i guess its server.cfg related?

server.cfg is clean.... same cmds as before..

funny is that u can see in spider he enabled bots but is not on server and to show :

try another server.cfg

i have!!! XD hmmm then i need to try once again again and again ....

set addbot "1"
set bot_minplayers "2"

thats all i need

any suggestions?

oh btw...why did u use exec server.cfg???

i mean aint the cmd /load server.cfg? :>>

Excessive Plus is very customizable. You can create your very own
personal settings, change the weapon behavior, the gameplay, items,
nearly everything to fit your needs. All these settings are saved in
configuration files inside the conf/ directory, but
their format is quite different from normal q3config files, so they
can't be executed with the /exec command.

You can also use the pre-made configurations inside the conf/
directory.

To load a configuration, use /load
yourconfig.cfg or if you are admin of a remote server
/rcon load
yourconfig.cfg.

thats for loading a game config like plus or e5 which contain the weapon settings, not the server cfg that contains the server settings.
