Remember starting server with additional command line

I checked this pbsv.cfg, there no cvar limited, this punkbuster will not make kick players that use bad settings (for example: cl_timenudge -30, com_maxfps 250, others).
May be you need fix it?

pb screenshots are an option, but they have bugs, long story q3fan.
camel has most experience with them.
