about spam and switch... spam can be eliminate if cfg will have ammo like in e6 and about switch ... switchtime 0 is for scripters...

i never saw a guy winning with spam and i never saw a guy killing better with script. i there is somebody, send me demo plz.

In my opinion, is unreal to make one main config for all clans. plus clans like to play on cpma physic with some jumps, excessive clan like to play on vq3 physic without jumps like on plus. Especially in excessive split on three parts (three cfg). ppl who likes to play e5r - those who adores game with main weapon railgun. ppl who likes to play on e5 - mainly thi is ppl who playing in ctf. sure this players dont like to play with railgun. and e6 players who hate high switch like on e5/r.
On idea it is possible probably to create one cfg in excessive side. To satisfy all. Here switch should it is reduced (not as in е6 for example, its must be middle, or like in plus). must be fast switch grenade <-> bfg for a ctf players. grenade damadge it is reduced in two. rail should not kill from 1 shot, and leave players live as though at you is arrmor. somewhere on 250 dg. As should be available for tdm/freeze hardly anticamp protectio.. etc...
