javascript doesn't work in forum

like the other ppls said above: you didn't got banned.
Every1 is allowed to have 2 messages maximum visible at a time.
If you sent 2 messages then you need to wait for others to speak until you'll have 1 message less visible before you can send another.

This was implemented as a temporary solution.

Also made it to display Don't spam instead of the input box if there are
two or more shouts visible from the user. To get back the input box and
be able to shout the user have to wait until others make his shouts go
away/be invisible.

Note
this is just a temporary solution. I will donate more time to the
website and the sandbox after the 2.2 release. And hopefully others
will join me then to modernize the website and get rid of all the bugs.
Edit: Moderators can still spam the shoutbox

And about the warnings/bans ppl do receive announcement/acknowledgment
messages included with nick, position, link to the rules and background facts (last 1 if needed) .
