i have been thinking < yes sometimes it happens, but nt to often> about ROLE OF ADMINISTRATOR.
what hurts me.
sometimes ppl get ban for abvious things- insulting is the great example.
sometimes ppl dont know what happens bcoz someone treated them like SOMETHING U NEED TO FIHGHT WITH.

ad rem.
in my opinion if some admins feels that he should give ban/ warning and so on should act like REAL ADMINISTRATIVE ORGAN.
ergo
1. to act only in the way he can < what law says he can do>
2. if he decides about others situation by some ADIMISTRATIVE DECISION he should:
- send pm to person and inform he what is the reason of it
- say who he is -> nick, position and so on.
- MAIN PART OF DECISION- BAN/ WARNING AND SO ON.
- justification
- fact background
3. i dont get why some admins just sometimes OVERREACT and sometimes dont react when its about THEIR FRIENDS, teammates from clan. if u think there are ppl who are EQUAL and more EQUAL maybe u arent the best person on RIGHT POSITION.

i send today 2 posts bcoz i was having wonderful mood and i got BAN ON SHOUTBOX. dunno from who.
without WARNING. what the fuck is that?
i mean u wanna use hard methods - okay- tell me that in pm and so on.

if u say i spam- please give me legal definition of spam, bcoz in my understanding its not so clear.
spam for me is not spam for you and vice versa.

this forum is for ppl and not only for administrators.
