well, why to change tie maps?? lets play something new? i am against about changing maps. This is how organisators make, so let it be. Now everyone ll demand some changes, so its Custom cup or?

kinda agree with u kostur, the only thing it cross my mind that we cloud even extend map pol for some maps (psidm7 and some other are often played in freeze rail mods and they are great maps), and the ospdm5 is kinda BIG map to big in my eyes for TDM, anyway we will do eliminate it always as first so? because searching on it the hiding opponents going to be [...]

Tie has to be chosen based on rejecting one map by each clan, one map
can't be picked twice. Clan which has won first map has priority for
choosing first map to be rejected. Non-rejected map has to be played as
the Tie.

Imo this map * ts_ca1 (link) ...
BUT...im pretty sure if we gona add a OLD map know by all in tie map...always we gonna seee at the end of a match who had tie map...the same map in all clan wars because clans will not pickup the new ones...as they will make a vote in server...and will win as always the old map 
thats why i think to make this event more mmm refreshing? 
make 3 maps all new ones that wasnt played at all in clan wars e+....
so the map insted of ts_ca1 can be:
-quarantine (ql map) a nice map for TDM and it suits good rr.cfg imo.
-psidm7 and this map, is realy realy nice map for tdm rr.cfg well know map in ng mod.
about the ospdm5, its a bit too big, but if organizators like the map np i guess for other clans.

From my side big f2 for any ql maps in this cup, sorry Asphyx but also f2 from my side for cpm2 or fr3dm1 (they are good maps but not for railonly imo). I need to agree with fala about ospdm5 and big f1 to replace this map, so my suggestion:

-jaxdm8

After reading your "discussion" xD I'm slowly changing my mind.
Me and Syntax did put those
We want to put some freshness into this cup.
First the cfg, it is much slower then other popular on E+
This will make this event different then the others.
Secondly the new maps
3 custom maps as tie maps on purpose.
Where are now all the people who always
complained about boring maps on events?
