A good MOD (and a good REF)
also needs to be a good diplomat,
that can mediate between noobs and pros
and that knows the consequences of his actions!

He must have the ability for empathy.
And he must speak a good English!

I took D&R (Dark & Rose) in this case as rolemodel, ranking has became a lot of more complicated since they are rankmods.

Sorry for shit talking here and there but I like to argue xD
Also most of crap i wrote towards u in past was just childish jokes.
This is how I am, sometimes I like to piss off people.
Right now I see that u have great ideas and good attitude,
so would be stupid to continue to mock u.
Good luck and hopefully this community can finally open their
eyes and support a good guy like u.

Impius u still have shit attitude, give it a rest.
Drastic changes are coming, hopefully we can finally start
a new chapter on E+ forget about the past and work together
on making this place better ?
Pointing out other people mistakes is fun but too easy,
try to talk to people instead of attacking them.
Also change your attitude, u act like u are above everyone,
building relations isn't about making others think that
u are better then they are.
