I know how to make it too
you have only first to lanch a multiarena map
then on excessiveplus/arena/
you have to add a file having the same name as the map .txt (example: ra3map1.txt)
just see the files already there and I'm sure you will understand. 
Wanna avoid seeying mow, skull & co

hmmm...good job , ali.i thought i showed u once how to do this..Maybe i am wrong and u did find it by yourself

the most maps are created with q3 radiant ... maybe u can open a rocket arena map and edit it or get the information about the building.
if u found something plz post here. would be very interesting for me too. thx
