md3 exporter for 3dsMaX or maya

Hay Dear Quakers,
i searched for md3 exporter from maya or 3dsMaX and i couldn't fine any , any one knows if there is any.
if not how about we make them .. i have a good experience in max and maya scripting and already made some plugins for both, i'll wait for replies or suggestions

now if we can find an ase exporter from maya or MaX ithe plugin will be so easy to implement
,now i will make the plgins and i will add some links here
, maybe i will made extra plugin for google sketchup
