I agree with SkullSoul about ci. Not regarding the FPS issue but it is buggy (you can hide in the wall of the lower level and frag the crap out of players who do not know about the bug). Pity, as I love the layout.

I would recommend psidm7. The color may seem bizarre but it is a high quality map with a good layout.
