Rules of engagement:

• Rule0: Organizer is allowed to improvise decisions, in order to have the tournament run more smoothly. That includes rules changes, dealing with bad behaviour (which includes unnecessary delays), and other miscellaneous actions.

• Rule1: No cheating!

• Rule2: Everyone records themselves, all the time! Demos are to be supplied to forum later. (spectators recording the player don't count!). Use "\g_syncronousclients 1;record;g_syncronousclients 0" in case you don't know about that.

• Rule3: Keep talking to players in the ring to a minimum. Players in the ring are expected to talk little as well. Occasional smiley is tolerated. Spam isn't. People who will be caught spamming (at the discretion of the organizer) will be muted!

• Rule4: Players are expected to be on the server at least 3 minutes before their game, so pb scan passes. Players who are late, wont be waited for, unless in the case of external force (router crash, etc).

• Rule5: No abuse of other players. Insults, even when intended jokingly will not be tolerated. If the other player complains, actions will be taken (mute, or even kick).

• Rule6: If a member of a team doesn't show up, the other member is allowed to seek a replacement.
