what is Sriam would stay in NTG? Then he is just a new member, normally willing to wait 3 matches, but bad luck of a teammate enbaled him to play?

would it still be a WO?

Arrow CW was ranked
Because no any rank rules breaking in this case. Clanleaders are responsable for majority things for ranking which is good, bacause making to much rules is not good, then we must have for each CW official referee. Also to much rules will produce to each clan must have lawyer. Big grin

Situation is symple:
NTG clan leader before accepting Sriam must contact KTM clan leader and tell him that SRIAM is not any more in KTM and now is in NTG. If not, SRIAM is NTG by his own will and NTG leader will, means not in KTM anymore. That is clear. So, in ranking no any reason for not rank this CW. Also no any reason to make any penalty against NTG league rules 24 and 25.
