btw i know a joke^^
but its a stupid one, maybe u shouldnt read it

Bardzo dobry pomysl

Do zrobienia ciasta potrzebujemy 5 jaj. Odzielamy białka od żółtek i te pierwsze ubijamy do sztywności. Ciągle miksując dodajemy 1 szklankę cukru, a następnie dodajemy żółtka (wrzucajac po jednym i dobrze mieszając). Dodajemy 1 szklankę mąki i 1 łyżeczkę proszku do pieczenia.
Ciasto wylewamy na blachę i pieczemy w temperaturze 180 st. C. W piekarniku z termoobiegiem ciasto jest gotowe w około 30 minut.
Karmel
Puszkę zagęszczonego mleka słodzonego wstawiamy do garnka i zalewamy wodą. Doprowadzamy do wrzenia i gotujemy (powinno lekko bulgotać) przez około 3 godziny uzupełniając braki w wyparownej wodzie (spokojnie - nie wybuchnie).
Wyjmujemy puszkę i czekamy aż nieco wystygnie (ale nie do końca, bo wtedy zawartość stężeje i będzie trudna w rozsmarowaniu). Po otwarciu mamy gotowy karmel.
Krem tiramisu
Ubijamy żółtka dwóch jaj dodając 3 łyżeczki cukru. Ciągle mieszając dodajemy po łyżeczce 250 g sera mascarpone do uzyskania jednolitej masy kremowej.
Wykończenie
Po wystygnięciu kroimy ciasto w połowie wysokości i smarujemy dolną część przygotowanym kremem. Przykrywamy górną połowę ciasta i smarujemy karmelem.
