What about to put on every servers timelimit 15 min and fraglimit 0. Just like on cw. playing on the same map 22min is getting boring.

oh wow, nice idea.
how about reducing player limit to 10 max? like on most cws too?
its what i asked for since over 1-2 years.
go play pickup if u rly want cw conditions.

20 mins are also to monotony for me

Anyways,maybe you'll get -5 mins from each timelimit of some servers if you hack this:
