Haven't seen mad (or anyone else) do a bad lock yet. Some threads are just spam, and some are just - or will inevitably become - flame. I say good job so far, in fact I am impressed.

Also disagree with anything having been locked "too fast". Too fast would be before a thread takes the wrong turn, and lately threads have had several pages of wildfire before being locked. Could even go as far as to say that some first posts basically opened a thread that said "Here, a dry forest! Bring the matches." Intentionally or not.

We could also be talking about completely different things but it feels like there's pretty much just been one major problem around this time.

No. What you wrote above are poor man's flames. There are other, way more subtle ways, to offend and insult a person than just saying "fuck you". A man of your intelligence must know that.

However, i'm willing to give you the benefit of the doubt, I'm going to unlock the topic, and allow you to say what you want to say. Please keep in mind, tho - the second i smell anything that is even a little similar to burning wood, it goes down again.
