you need

1. 512 mb vga screen card for good fps ( 125 ) (%25)
2. logitech g5 mouse and qck mouse pad ( % 20) cause g5 is killiing enemy not u sometimes
3. % 20 cfg
4. ping must be less than 70 ( & 20 )
5. training ( %10)
6. luck (%5)

u need to be able to read the other players and the game.. if u do stupid things u will die, so learn from your mistakes and u will get better fast... never think that other players are better then u!!!! that will make u play bad. but gear and luck have something to say to. but a good player often has more luck then a noob, so maybe it isnt just luck play often! play hard! and u will get good

50 % train
20 % natural ability
20 % cfg
10 % luck

And I dont get another option

Here is my list to be a pro player ---->

- Good monitor,mouse,cpu,graphicard,phones.
-Good connection at least 1m/1m some ones has 100 ..huh
-Good server less 50 ping might be ok ...
- Good configs, whit mouce accel...
-Spec good players and take learn how them move and shoot spawns etc .
-Play whit a good players. Do not smash noobs in 7 years like me
-Do not vine to others players when ur get killed all the time.
-Do not play q3 if u feel angry.
-practice every day this list , and you will be a pro!
-When acc is on up 40......on each railonly maps ... u might need find a clan...
-Take a little brake if u feel bad ... ps . it helps a lot

rail rail / rail shotgun
u just need a good aim for that (train train train)
