I can handle both english and polish well enough to translate 99% of the stuff i get in my hands. Of course, i know languages differ, and what can be easy to translate to, say, polish, can be near-impossible to translate to, say, chinese. Life.
And then theres the level of mastery in both languages, the word-games that in most part are non-translatable etc etc.
