Having 1/10 of seconds in server logs?

Hey there,
Is it possible to have higher server logging granularity?
E.g. to have 0:34.3 Kill: 1 0 6: korek killed rbn by MOD_ROCKET
Instead of
0:34 Kill: 1 0 6: korek killed rbn by MOD_ROCKET
This kind of granularity is available in OSP mod.I guess it would be fairly simple to implement?

YOU CAN PLAY USE ANY MOD ON FREON
(no pure server)

look for quake3e engine , i believe is possible with it, else it could be implementable on the engine , but not the mod , e+ is close source and all devs are inactive
