"The golden midle" is in Germany, and it's Frankfurt, it doesn't really matter for French, Spanish, British, Polish, Swedish, Italian players if it's located in Netherlands or in Germany, players with highest pings are American (can't help, sorry) Russian and Turkish so moving server to Grrmany may help them, but I have doubts if that will make bopoh "happy enough".

Doesn't really matter where, play 2 matches on 2 different servers or one map on each server, make sure both sides have agreement before match which servers will host game, then if tie, play it on neutral location like Germany, Netherlands, or the best Switzerland, they are always neutral xD

the difference between amsterdam and frankfurt are mb around 10ms for ppl from the east, generally speaking.
if one would count in the amount of players from each country prague could actually be interesting as most players are definetely from east of germany nowadays.
but the differences are minor anyways and i guess net stability is a plus for ger and netherlands.

The server location doesnt matter that much in Europe, aslong the owner knows what he/she is doing

Yea, perhabs, but you are only one person who is crying all the time about loss/ping etc, have you seen any single topic nowadays about ping which has been made by Polish player? No? so looks like problem is solved, anyway, at the moment you are only one person who constantly needs explanation about that how ping/loss works. People are not even interested in this topic, so looks like they don't have problem. Lock & trash thank you.
PS. you should forget words: "ping", "lag", "server", "loss", "cheater" and ""new" cfg".

Moskow = 17ms

but there are options and better, just now not found
