From my experience, I guess France could get close to be the most fair choice.

Bopoh, to be honest there is no perfect location, too many factors, provider, users, day, traffic, look, if we could have same provider with same bandwidth for all of us there would be still diefferences in pings. The centre of Europe with same distance from Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Lisbon, Oslo, Stockholm, Istanbul is Frankfurt in Germany (~2300km or less) but for you it doesn't make a big difference, it's not too far from Amsterdam where BEER.FREEZER is located, trust me even if server would be located in Frankfurt you would cry about German, French, Dutch and Polish players with low ping, if server would be located in Moscow, and you could play on ~20ms ping, you would cry about German, Dutch and French players who plays with high ping, so leave it as it is, or to make it fair, play first match on one server where your ping is high and second on server where your ping is low, that will be fair for both sides, but even with that you are still kind of person who cries about being killed through the wall.

And even I walk through the darkest valley of the shadow of death I will be not afraid because I am the worst motherfucker in this place.

Holland, Germany and UK servers always were ok at least for me

I don't think Polish people complains about servers located in Europe or in Russia, basically if there is any problem with ping or loss it's because of provider, when I've been living in Poland I didn't had problems with British, Germany, French, Spanish, Italian, Russian, Dutch, Czech and Polish servers at all, even on American servers I was able to play with ping ~90-140ms with stable loss 3%, CTF Wagon of Chaos if I remember well. Anyway if you gonna find just perfect server only for Polish and Russians how are you going to force rest to play there?
