gRRR...im no good with this stuff, some1 please help me run through this shit really carefully and help me install drivers correctly and for me to set usb refresh rate to 500Mhz?

though you can bypass that

just set you monitor refresh rate to 125 mhz (using lower resolution if needed) and if you have stable 125 fps then effect is the same as if you use 1000 mhz on usb Happy

So...getting to the point, how can i set my usb refresh rate to 500Mhz, do i need to install g5 setpoint, firmware, any drivers?...please put in a list so i'll be able to understand, what i need to do, to change refresh rate to 500Mhz

just install g5 drivers, 500 mhz are automatically set by driver as default.

thats the easiest way.

btw what happens if u instal g5 driver on win98, as i know win98 doesnt has a usbport dll that can be cracked for getting 500 mhz usb port.

normally uget a cd with the drivers of the mouse.
if u didnt get search the web, sites like http://www.g00gl3.com are ur friend. (or ratz posted it one site before dont know)
