[Fixed] mvd bug - Stops specing player at thaw

gametype: Freeze
During demo playback.
When someone thaws a teammate, it stops following the player u were specing (Doesnt matter if he is the thawer or not.)
Its the same for the recorder btw.

Could not reproduce it, maybe you could a link to an mvd demo where that happens?. Also, please be more specific when naming the topics, im tired of seeing "rc1 bug", "mvd bug".

Partially fixed, you will still be dropped to free-fly but only for a server frame (in other words, it will look awful for about 50 msec, and it seems it only happens when following id 
.

Now completely fixed. Server issue, so will make it into next server update.
