Version 20090206

Based on plus.cfg (cuz is what we are much more used to), with some ideas from m0ve and edawn, the main idea is to conserve as much as possible the plus gameplay, but with weaker damage, no insta weapons, and health, armor and powerups actually make some difference. Its just a conservative attempt to give plus a little map control and to reduce camping. Give it a try and tell me what do you think.

Hm, we did some good testing tonight, all agreed slight damage boost to LG and moar damage decrease to BFG would do great. Slight increase in armor also would be nice, maybe +10% points to each armortype.

Since E-Sharp is really F Natural perhaps E-Flat would be a better name Smug Since there is no F-Sharp or B-Sharp, they are F and C Natural (respectively)

Version 20090204

Changes:
- 33 % BFG splash damage decrease
- 8 % LG direct damage increase
- 12.5 % LG splash damage decrease
- 33 % quadfactor decrease
- 30 % regen factor increase
- 100 % armord shard and small health increase
- 20 % armor jacket/combat/body increase
- Maybe another minor tweaks

and if i remember correctly. there were at least 2 attempts @ creating "Minus.cfg" in relation to plus... insanekid tryed it but i advised him to change cos Yas from DA/X did one too. God knows how many other ppl thought it was "original" to make a minus.cfg
