just for a short information, its all about its possible to make a frozen body get stuck into entities, for example, walls, ceilings, slopes etc. it tends to happen more often with curves.
it has to do a lot with the speed the frozen body has, especially gaining speed while a body is already stuck with a wall can make him go into that wall (like in 1.03 q3dm8, pummel somebody into a wall till he "shakes" and then just pull 2-3 times till he is in the wall, funny thing is he will not go outside wall so you can thaw him standing in a corner)
about the problem, i would guess there is simply no rechecking if the move happening to the body is possible -> the client does this normally.
an easy fix would be to force frozens to one place which would change gameplay a lot.
