What does this refers to? Spawning just in the back of the enemy or getting stuck in an spawnpoint with another player?

my initial thought it was something that happens cos when q3 gives 2 people same place to spawn, they spawn together and cos there is spawn protection, neither gets telefragged...

but i've been told its nothing to do with that Straight face
