He knew that proofs were collecting and he has deleted everything that were situated to Ligas. He removed him from clandb, removed from every russian e+ site, where he was registred and etc.

And yes it may be hard to believe to sm1. But this proof is direct and clear. Now he is new person with a new binds, with new photos of random guy tooken from facebook, with new NAME. Anyhow he got caught. Also I would like to ban his supproters whoose were following him from rus-dm17-team like off and 108.

Im not allowed to ban anyone, and as far as know we dont have any penaltyes excluding warning at forum for "insulting someone" . The only thing that I did - I suggested it and you will explain to rank mods how did it happen that you were following Ligas everytime in every clan when he did appeared with a new nickname.

The IP is static, and we know that Double Tap has this ip. The e+ spy doesnt have Tap in ICQ but he has Ligas and it showed on the screen.
