Shadow and Pusik got their ban, they appologized that they were using cheats, they werent baned at beer as I know, they didnt change their nicknames and ISP's , they didnt try to make us fools, they were just WAITING till ban got over and I didnt support them NOHOW to avoid the rank ban.

And I suggest on the basis of the above unban Shadow and Pusik from ranking, because they showed self as good guys, they gave us evidences that you are Ligas, they didnt try to fool us, even they got their site hacked by such fking cuntard like you are and they were just waiting till time of the ban will end.

However, can you explain me how the fk did u raise ur english skills so fast?

Dunno wtf is going on here but I was the one who banned shadow.
And I handed over a 6 months ban. For me it's kinda riddiculous
to change the verdict everytime we change ranking moderators.
Am I missing something ? why isn't shadow unbanned yet ?

Can't say that I was following shadow for those 6 months,
I don't know if he was involved with cheats again but if not
then I demand him to be unbanned. Shadow was asking
me on msn like 5 times if he will be unbanned when
the 6 months will pass. I only could answer: "If u are good now
then u should be unbanned, but ask darkangel and blackrose,
they are the mods now and they will decide i suppose"
Now what should I say to him ? "Ask skullhead and fate" ?
Where is the justice ?
It can't be like now when new mod arrives and changes verdicts.
What if tomorrow we will have another "new" ranking mod
and he/she will decide to change all verdicts of his/her predecessors
and unban all serious cheaters just like that, because he/she
decides ?

I know 2 things:
- the law is not retroactive
- people can't be judged twice for same crime

didn't u have this at school ?

well, not realy, in some cases like with Ligastaev we can see that he did everything to trick us and avoid the punishment.

But theese 2 guys were just waiting till deadline drops out. I think that was a good lesson for them , and they wont use cheats again, because now they understand that if they will be caugth again, they will be forever baned.

so Im voting for 2nd chance for both, also terror allready promised it while he was rank mod, so, I dont understand why do we have situation like this one.

well imho, cheat - permanent ban...thats how u end up with cheaters. just like in real life.if u use steroids or any drugs in sports - ur career is over.

as some1 said in other topic - this game is not for money and real life sports are for sure so we can't compare both. but anyway i have same opinion like u. ban forever for all cheaters.
