Shadow was checking forum with Pusik's account daily, hes old account was baned as I know, he registred new one to make this situation clear and help with evidences.

due to zero new posts and votes, discussion is closed, final standing:
Double Tap is Ligas and therefor shall be banned. - 69

due to the result rank moderation decides he is ligas and therefor will be banned again - all past wars with him are valid though. Alone clan can take action now and distance themself from him if they want.
