Double Tap is Ligas and therefor shall be banned.

Evidences?:

Shadow provided a screenshot of his icq showing that Ligas has the same Ip as Double Tap
Double Tap called the screenshot a bug - however a Ip bug that exact is quite impossible. 1/255x255x255x255
Double Tap came out of nowhere being "good"
As Tap was asked if he has shadow in icq, he answered no, but for Shadow to rename Tap in icq to Ligas he needs him in icq - ergo Ligas had the Ip of Tap that day (Tap has static ip)

Remember, a democratic ban poll can ban anyone, if he is guilty or not, it can happen to every good player, like asphyx, asc, mow, snake etc.
Also people who do not understand much about stuff like pb kicks can vote "false".

Remember that always in such situations, good players mostly try to make sure stuff doesn't go in the wrong direction in such situations.

i wonder wot for u have made the poll u have not enough evidenced to get him banned or what?

those kind of decision shouldn't be made by the whole community who don't even know the case, but if u do insist then u will have flaming and at the end the mad crowd going to hang him on a tree like in those western movies

again, ligas already admitted in public that he is double tap so for what the POLL???...

more interesting is: DID HE CHEATED AS DOUBLE TAP TOO??? if yes all clanwars where alone took part must be revoked.

After some discussion in topic, D4 site was hacked and TAP was shouting - " who will be next" He allready understood that he will get ban. But now you are giving him a chance.

I don't deny that Double Tap is Ligas's person however since he is Double Tap there were no problems with him. Why I voted for not banning him? Because that is related with next dying clan. Since there is disscussion about Tap , from Alone have gone 3 membrs or more. I would really to see more clan than nowadays but not less...

why should you use democratic ban poll, especially if there're enough (by your opinion) solid proofs? or aren't there? can't get it, really. it's you and fate who are the rank mods. you have the right to ban a player from ranking if he's found guilty doing smth like cheating or stealing identity. so please make decisions and take a responsibility. are you dark & black or what?
(translation: this is not the case for using democracy, lol. however, you could still create such poll to know what ppl think about the situation - dunno for what, but still).
