why, he cheated then changed name and make all of us look stupid but in the end we still can ban ligas for cheating and lying to the whole community so that means double tab ( ligas ) will be bananad !

my main counter-argument was this: if it was ligas and he did all he needed to create a new unique identity - really, he invented a new IRL name and last name, age, prolly some past, like e5r/railonly or another stuff like that, new mail, new cdkey (it all seems to be well-thought) - then why the fuck he didn't create a new icq account? he used the old one. so, i guess, he was betrayed by his 'friend' shadow (or pusik). so, where the fuck is his reaction in this case? there was no reaction (at that time i didn't know that 'he hacked d4 site' and put there an image diplaying two guys from this community who kinda... love each other, hm either he hadn't done that by that time). and ofc i don't monitor shoutbox for the whole fucking day in order to catch tap admitting he's ligas, lol. you should make a screen. why didn't you? you build your accusation on a screen - ok, then provide another screen which proves that tap said he's ligas. anyway, he reacted by 'hacking' d4 site. but still that could also be a reaction of decent player/person who saw he couldn't change the whole situation and prove he's not the one community recognizes him as.
and about who's busted him: who it was? was it pusik who made that qip screen? if yes, then how can you prove that tap lied saying 'ofc no' [i don't have a shadow in contact list]? if he really doesn't? do you know that shadow still uses pusik's acc on e+ while he actually has two accs here (the old one shadows and the new one .shadow)? what if he just used pusik's icq acc (which has tap added) and renamed tap so he would look like 'ligastaev'? personally, i don't trust those d4 liers and fakers. even if tap says he's ligas (and even if he really is) we can't trust him! because it's ligas!!!
