Brand new q3config.cfg has empty value in xp_rotation cvar instead of "rotation.txt".

i dont have that problem seta xp_rotation "rotation.txt" in my q3config.cfg

Had catch this one 3 times on just created E+ instances from a scratch when no any cfg-files around at all.
1st step: is to run simply q3 so default q3config being created in baseq3
2nd step: is to run xp bat so united (both of taken from default q3config cvars + XP_ cvars) being created in excessiveplus. This one contains nulled xp_rotation

its becuz if u would do \map whatevermapuwant it would load first map of rotation.

Exactly, which wouldn't allow you to play on single player.
