[Closed] external screenshot/demo folders

is there a way to save game screenshots to a folder outside e+ folder?
also demos, like i have quake c:\program files\quake
i want to save them to c:\quakestuff
could that be put in?

i ask because when too many screenshots are in the folder it lags/crashes/dc's when the game comes to an end
would this solve that problem?
or is that problem solved in 1.04?

rename ur screenshot folder to screenshot_date?

no, this would not solve the problem, using screenshotxp does solve it.

I think problem is solved in a way, cos before the process was searching last file number (I'm sure that was a code not optimized).

Anyway, you can manual copy each month or 2 the screenshots elsewhere if you play a lot. Happy

[code:1]set xp_onExit "" [/code:1]
And i make screen-s only from fws\cws

Wont implement, use screenshotXP, as skull said. Allowing to write on external folders is a security risk (and i think its not allowed by the q3 engine anyway).
