considering the damage done in e+, the handicap future would be just useful on nub servers if u need to rail people 2 times instead of once.

more arguments plz 
f.e: if u play only-rail ofc u dont need it.. But E+ is a bit more than only-rail servers.(still rail is dominating,but nvm)
Whats funny is that we see people's indifference in this thread by the number of comments but dont mind that, ..mb lets think together why KO is over?

nice idea mate, It can only be a nice feature. Although if it was allowed i would hope people dont accidently set a handicap and think 'WTF! WHY DO I DIE SO QUICK' but nice idea f1 from me

it can be made on e'confs or plusc or other good confs on plusn you take one or two health and you will got 12312312313 hp - so there is useless
