everything what can be connected to your name is important in cw clan and community.
if u behave bad on polandamg server (which is hosted by a cheater) the server itself doesnt matter, it has to do something with u.
btw, playing for fun means to play with other peoples and keep the rules, means u play fair with others, so dont fool them with any cheat.
