After watching a demo I can say it was really good game - one of best ive ever seen. Thx avator for demo - actually when we were watching it live I was sleeping some parts of the fight so ... good to watch it as a whole)

In a clanwar yes, i wil take quad if i can, no doubt about it 
in 1v1 i either kill myself or use rail only, i prefer to kill myself because i usually shoot some other weaps by mistake. (usually followed by suicide unless i am so far behind it dont matter much).
In a league 1v1 i would also use it if the creator of cfg is dumb enough to leave it in
but as i said, very very good fight either way and very tight. Anyone coulda won it.

Easiest way i think is to copy demo file to quake3 demo folder, run quake, select demos in menu, select your demo and click play
For recording write in console:
/g_synchronousclients 1
/record
to stop recording:
/stoprecord

It got really exciting towards the end! You two are insane, amazing gaming there. I would have loved to see a little from Harding's POV, though.

Thx all that have wiev the demo Hope you all enjoy it as Me & Hard did when we played! It was probably 1 off the best games we have ever done so far and i hope that there will be more like this 1 or what you say Hard

Yup i igree 2 that it would be great 2 see some from Harding's POV 2 butt we hade no idea that avator recorded uss.(Or me)

Yes. You could also run the demo from the cmdline by doing the following: quake3 +set fs_game excessiveplus +demo <demoname>.
Or alternatively, if you use windows, you could download DSC Light from here. Demo Show Creator does these things for you and more.
I use the following script for demo recording.
Press HOME once to start recording ... press it again and it will stop recording.
