it will always be like that Bazz, its for serverside, its for dedicated(consolemode). It's like part of hunkmegs for loading map textures and stuff.
I looked deeper into chambers of all knowing mother google and it spit out me with this as an answer

Command line (batch flie/shortcut) should work. I used that for some time, but it changed nothing so I dropped it. (I also loaded my config this way, so maybe it works when combined).
