Is Fala's advice perfectly logical? Would it be more, less or equally logical if Silver Surfer knew him beforehand? Does getting offended at a person offering useful and logical advice make sense? Do you have to go to extremes when faced with a situation like that (ignore the advice and kick the smartass vs immediately act upon it), or can you not simply take the observation / advice under consideration and move on? Is a person that interprets suggestions, observations and advice as attacks on their authority a good or a bad administrator?
