How we say in Poland "Pierwsze słowo do dziennika, drugie słowo do śmietnika" ("first word to the log, second word to the trash")

5-10 secs would be fine, imo

yes super annoying, usualy i dont have much time and when i must make 2 important post the last one i must type again becuase i keep fotgetting this stupid time between postings.

Once you complete your post, wait 30 seconds to 1 minute without clicking edit post. If you click within this time period, it will reset the edit post counter thus making you wait longer and longer to re-post.

and what is, when i get a heartattack while this 30 secs?

Just imagine i would write: " I am a gay, who loves to play e+", wush, dead. Buti it was supposed to be "guy". I will never have a chance again to correct this mistake, everybody will remind me as gay, just because this 30 sec-wall.
