Lithuania what to set if i want that in scorebourd dont show my flag? If i set to default in lan its hide my flag, but online it automatical set my flag as lithuanian

I don't know, I can only tell you how not to show flag, but there still will be that flag, just nothing on it. write /xp_country 54353453453, or anything else like that, and it won't show.

1) in baseq3 folder don't write nothing on q3config.cfg
2) /xp_country "" in your personal.cfg and q3config.cfg in excessiveplus folder
