xp_ cmdlist explanations?

hi all.

I have played e+ for awhile, and now i would like to configurate my e+ abit, but im not that into the cmds... Change team models an things like that.
Is there any listing with axplanations anywhere to be found?

Maybe a stupid question from me.. Happy
