as i know... in past when we included stylish into IS clan, he was already in skillz, but then skillz was allweapon clan. i was not see any problem to play against them FWs at railonly cfgs and vice versa for other clans - sometimes we as IS was playing allweapons config at funwars.
this is probably first railonly CW for skillz ( i do not noticed any CW from them in past ) so sitation is complicated only in this one CW as i guess, not in cw against mi3 or any other cw where stylish was playing for us. also trance react immeadiately when he noticed that so where is the problem? he as normal user/player of e+ do not know all rules like most of you 
it is more in case of clanleaders.

Trance didn't reacted immediately! 
I reacted immediately when he put Stylish in IS. Read "new clan members" thread, I saw him that Stylish is already in clan who play rail, too. All weapons = rail + plus + other things = ALL
p.s. nothing personal, I repeat... I like you all guys = Bene, Trance, Stylish, Dilox, Bopoh, Mi3 people, etc...
