lol i love paper mills..I did the fire sprinklers in some....One place iI worked was where they made the teepee paper scott...Any way cant wait too see some of the places people work in Big grin Big grin Big grin Big grin

yeah but yours looks space-age compered to mine, i do alot of things manually Surprise, plus im the roll tender / assistant pressman / inker / stacker... you probibly just hang rolls huh?

We have 5 man crews, 1st and 2nd pressman ,feeder/rolltender and two joggers per press we have 9 press's Im a supervisor on 2nd shift I have 55 employees that work for me on my shift ,I hold a bachelor's degree of applied science in graphic arts and an associates degree in cns networking I been in printing for 27 years.. and yes I hung a few rolls in my time bud.. 2. we pretty much self teach everything, or try to prove teachers wrong - its more fun this way and provokes a debate where everyone understands things better Happy
3. homework is bad? you dont have to do it at college, cos its your grades, teachers dont care (to *some* extent imean you gotta make them look good too) - but it's there if you want it
