Since E+ got a way more negative environment now than in the end of 2007, you see that Rena is not available as rankmod.
And the community won't become positive quickly

there was a good layout planned and done for the actual ranking as well. But it wasn't installed. Don't ask me why tho
And there won't be a 1.04 until easy comes by. Which he hasn't done for a year.

So with the new automated ranking system coming we need to know if the clans prefer to have the old system rena maintained (2006-2007) or the actual one by foksie (2008). Or someone wants to present a totally new one?
The only important thing is the ranksystem and the rank rules. Having mods to validate wars based on that is not a big deal.
Many ppl here focus the mods instead of the system/rules, which is imo wrong. Mods simply act based on the rules.

Of course. Cooperation is the raw basic of a thing like the clan rank to work. However, around E+, where people quickly develop likes and dislikes, and everyone knows everyone, that's just wishful thinking, an utopic vision of something that cannot be. That's why i said Foksie had the best of it - he did his very best to stay neutral and dirty his hands with 'politics' only when it was absolutely unavoidable, whereas the other mods (skull excluded) jumped at most occasions with religious-like zeal to show how capable they are.

Well, yeah, that's only natural. They (the 'martyrs') were used as bullets against reigning mods, and used like that with crude predicament. However, i'm still of the opinion it wouldn't be that way if them (the mods, Ina specifically) would be less openly biased in their decisions and not so cheeky in announcing them. You know, the whole 'hey, we're in charge, fuck you and fuck what you think' brainwave. I'm not saying it was like that all the time, and that they didn't do any good job at all (especially Skull, who spent a lot of his personal time inputting data to the ranking tables).

You're right, we can't, and i don't, but we can't just as well change the community, now can we? The community is what it is, if you get power drunk and you slap it too much, it will slap back, hard. I learned that a long time ago.

Ontopic - actually I think ppl are in some part right and in some not. Face the fact that you actually got bored with the game, and I doubt the new version of e+ would change it a lot. It wont - its just that ppl get older had better things to do than waste most of time here, its kinda natural. Nothing is static - everything is falling apart (Fight Club quote )

And well despite the fact I clearly dont like skull for being arrogant kid and also I dont really like by the way Ina and skull handle some things- - pls dont be so harsh for them. Rena and Mulle in old days were also hard pains in the ass. U really cant have monolithic community with all ppl thinking the same way - and there are will be cotteries. World is not purely black and white - its a grayscale bitmap Also when it comes to that try to see that some of problems are kinda artifically created by other - non-mod ppl like for example Bonnie&Clyde Duo (Reno and Beast) or anyone else including me so blaming only those mod individuals for most of e+ problems is pure hypocrysy. So suming up - there were always fights - and maybe u dont enjoy this game/community beacuse u just get bored of it - not beacuse forum fights.
