Sometimes I think we just go through certain phases when we are playing in very good shape...and other times just cant play for shit at times...

When I feel that my skills are disappointing me I break or play just a match or 2 a day until I start feeling better about my playing.

What to do against losing skills

I used to play almost every day, but after I moved I only play in the weekends now. At start I couldn't get used to it, I felt like I need more training. But after some time I got used to it and get my aim quite fast back by just playing some DM17 with lots of rail every time I come back after 4-5 days break, it sure helps. I had also a problem with overplaying, as thrill has, I used to play too much, it exosts your reaction and your aim, so if you have played too much, take a break. If you have the possibility try to play more than 5 hours/week, cos its too few to have a constant aim imo.

quit game . erm but cant.. i tried to do this think at least 7-8 times ..

so yea just do some breaks forget about quake etc.. dont play too often .. dont do breaks like me with months .. small ones

ye ofc u can still suck after the break(my case) but at least u tried it Winking

so as a tip which will work, do as trance said Winking
