What is public server 
:
Because here we have alot noobs which are informatics gurues I must make some tutorial here.
- Public server is server on which can connect anybody. Why ? Because password is default, meaning blank string.
- When server become private ? Server become private when admin or somone who have power on that facility make password. Yes. Password meaning that You must know word to pass.
- So, if You aloud people to come to your server, meaning that You have interest to other unknown people connect on it.
- Whats mean to be admin on server ? Mean that that person make that (server) serve to his purpouse. And thats mean in game server that people have fun on it playing games, gatering etc.
- So server is public if is not set password.
Function of admin :- Admin have to know use his powers to moderate server, that server serve to its purpose.
- He have to know how set password.
- He must be polite to people.
- He never use his power like kicking except in very rare situations when he must use that.
- Every server have rules which are shown to people which connect to server.
- If they dont obey to rules, he will then recive warning about bad behaviour.
- For majority people who are normal, most of them are after warning will correct his behaviour.
- In rare cases admin must kick that person to show him that hi is really admin. meaning that he have power. Kick command is showing power actualy.
- Ban use is in extrame situations where somone who actualy saw admin power by kick command continue to breake rules of server. In that case he must be banned.

Too many words. I prefer simpler stuff.
- Admins are allowed to do whatever they wish with their servers or/and the players in them. Players, however, can decide if they pay respect to them or even visit the servers.

why? frankly, he doesnt have to know anything. wether he keeps his server clean by kicking people, banning, or pulling the power plug out of the wall socket cause he doesnt know hoe to close the server, he is still admining it...

no. kick command is a tool to keep the game pleasant to everyone else. or to server another purpose.
if you use it to show power, you have issues...

or the admin can ban him cause hes from poland (if the admin hates polish people). he has rcon, he makes the rules.
of course, noone forces you to play there.
if you want people on the server, and want everyone to have fun, then rules are really simple:
be polite. be fair. listen to the desires of the players.
and you can define "polite" "fair" and "listen" in whatever way works for your server and people on it (from depsotism, to democracy, as long as it works)

Well i think this is very complete info about be an a good admin.
I want to add:
this is the way to be a good admin.
if an admin make some mistake is not bad to say sorry, u will not forget any power for that, u will get more respect as admin and as person and this is iqual to get more ppl in ur server and get more friendly situations.
Well in the future when we have more discuss about how must be an admin, please just read this post.

i call my self an good admin, may be called arrogant for that, but i dont care. i follow the most points u posted rena and many more. BUT I DONT HAVE to do anything what u wrote. i pay the money, nobody else.

Dear Mowly, I admire Your work. You are good admin and You do alot good for E+. I never see You as bad admin just oposite. You are cool like always was. Continue like that way. Because of that 2!sweet servers are most popular. They are fast and majority people havent any problems on Your servers.

Eeee, admin can do all on own server. Ban, kick ect. But his reputation will go down when he will make it all without any sens reason. Thats why i didnt play and i wont play on Arena51.
Rena, this post is more funy than usefully. And i think still its problem between WARNERMAN and Fortune.

I think: Admin is for player not for oneself
He have to objectivity. But sometimes have to ban moran cuz all dont want play with guys who will said "fuck u..., u are moron" when he lose.
