What do you look for in a partner?

Well here's an intersting question (I think?).
Well I think top of my list is a girl with humor, someone that finds my jokes funny (ok that's not humore) and can make me laugh equally. A sensitive and affectionate woman yet independant.
I like nice eyes and hands on a woman. Bodies are just bodies as far as I'm concerned and the vast majority of women have very nice bodies in the eye of a lover.
Any way, what do look for?
I think I can guess the majority of answers : blonde hair and big boobs!!

looks are important to a certain point (or from ) but personality imo is more important in a relationship, and the ability to have fun and getting along great at all the times is REALLY important

What do you look for in a partner?
1. Personality - i dont like the common "cannon fodder" idiot bitch type.
2. Brains - if she cant outsmart me every now and then, shes not worthy of being with me (and if i cant outsmart her, im not worthy of being with her)
3. Affection - Whats the point if she doesnt love you?
4. Face - Pretty face is the way to go.
4b. Tits and Ass - well, i am a man, ain't i? 
EDIT: of course the only woman i met sofar with theese qualities is Ina.
