Hard has played good on ql and ng also, so i doubt there is a point to use sound hack when you play different versions of quake, if it was him today then i didnt notice anything at all, because usually he is better Happy.

And 1 more thing as i remember from fist topic of discussion of sound hack - it doesnt improve the sound radius so player with hack cant hear further then clean one.

yes, it is a bug within pure, not a hack per se.
