Like CML said, VPN only makes your connection worse. The only reason you'd want to use VPN is for its anonymity and speed (proxies are slower, but can provide good anonymity as well if you're using premium/private proxies that provide a good anonymous layer).
You can either take Open VPN's (which is free) and private VPN (comes with a cost).
That guy selling VPN is fucking with people. His reasons for offering such bullshit service to dumb susceptible people is to simply fetch all the packets that the people sent through his VPN server, generally VPN and proxies have the possibility to be monitored by someone else who is collecting all your data, so be careful not to use certain private services like banking and shit when you're on a VPN or proxy.
So yeah, if you want to DDOS a site then use VPN or VPS (private). Right CML?

i used few times cyberghost vpn, it is for free, very good working to hide identitiy (ip, location, etc), very fast dont slow comp, but ping is always worse, as it works like this scheme below :
edit: but it is interesting, klash has lower ping than with normal direct connection to the server. if i understand it well it should always be 'more to come' to make connection through vpn server, and for exmpl i had always higher ping, as the vpn servers has different locations. maybe it is some other way of connection, idk

The positive power of VPNs has been harnessed by quakers for at least a decade, they provide a simple solution to shitty routing. Arronax and Raist are both a good source on this, as Turkish quakers they live far away from the Quake server trinity of DE/UK/NL servers just like you Dark, and their theoretical knowledge on the subject is excellent. (I only used the QW proxies for cpmpickup servers or Assfix servers here on e+* when either randomly pinged 150 
).
Before investing in a VPN, it's always worth it checking out the QW proxy serverlist (slightly less versatile than VPNs, but similar ballpark). You can try to test them ( http://www.quakeservers.net/quakeworld/servers/t=proxy/ ) on any QuakeWorld, Q2 or Quake 3* server. Won't work on QL though, you need an actual VPN rather than a Quake server set up as a proxy, but at least you can try the concept for yourself.
Once you've selected a proxy server from the list, the commands should be as following:
1) /setu prx GAME_SERVER_IP
2) /connect PROXY_IP
3) Wait for "awaiting connection" to reach 4
4) /reconnect when the console asks you to
* Excessive+ servers with PB switched on will kick you for no packet exchanges. I've always wondered why there hasn't been some sort of fix or workaround this. Turns out it's because none of these people knew about it, and on top of which, they think VPNs are bad. :DDD

Sorry for my late response here. But I am in a worry looking for a good solution. Can someone help me out. I need to find out good vpn service for myself to use. Where can I get this? Do you know the way? Though I am started searching through the internet but I think that's not enough for me.

Hm, i tested today with premium account of fsecure, i've got from 52ms of uk ip as usual to 41 ms of holland ip, but flag showed switzerland in game. Was butter smooth, because my routing is fucked up and sometimes i have 255ms with uk ip, so it would be nice solution at CW when you think you cannot play, but you could, would it count as cheating?
I ordered 1 year premium account with inclusion of app of Fsecure Freedome , they also offer antivirus, i guess you can refuse it.
