just a silly question , how are u gonna check if someone has sound-hack or doesn't , i really want to know so does the community i suppose.

that's the most dumbest solution. It will help you to get 0 clients on your server because s_volume is not the problem . and no one plays with s_volume 1(max volume) or 0 (off)
And stop with the offtopics.

ok. but 1 its not max(with this cvar can use 0-1, cant use more one)

s_volume takes values between 0 and 1 like:
\s_volume 0.5
\s_volume 0.3
\s_volume 0.85
that's why there is the - sign: 0-1
1 is the maximum value.

yes, s_volume 0-1 is standart, but is not the limit!

s_volume 1.1 or 2 = kick
